Return and Refund Policy

1. Product Purchases:


We offer a 10-day return policy for products purchased directly from Mypungi.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

   

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@kosoftrust.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please package the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided label. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.     

2. Paid Content Purchases:

 

Paid content purchases, such as digital downloads or access to premium content, are non-refundable. Once you have completed a purchase of paid content on Mypungi.com, refunds will not be provided, except in cases where the content is defective or not as described. If you encounter any issues with your paid content purchase, please contact our customer support team for assistance. 

3. Pro Plan Purchases:


       

Pro plan purchases on Mypungi.com are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 15 days of subscription. If you decide to cancel your pro plan subscription within the first 15 days, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription period. After the initial 15 days, pro plan subscriptions are non-refundable.


To cancel your pro plan subscription and request a refund within the first 30 days, please contact our customer support team at support@kosoftrust.com with your account details and reason for cancellation. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your request.
