Mypungi Community Guidelines
Introduction
Every day, people use Mypungi to share their experiences, connect with friends and family, and build communities. It's a service for more than million people to freely express themselves across countries and cultures and in dozens of languages.
Kosoftrust recognizes how important it is for mypungi to be a place where people feel empowered to communicate, and we take our role seriously in keeping abuse off the service. That's why we developed standards for what is and isn't allowed on mypungi.
These standards are based on feedback from people and the advice of experts in fields such as technology, public safety and human rights. To ensure that everyone's voice is valued, we take great care to create standards that include different views and beliefs, especially from people and communities that might otherwise be overlooked or marginalized.
We welcome the opportunity to hear from you and would like to share some simple ‘house rules’ to help everybody get the best from the community.
We work in regulated industries and because of the unique legal situation in the healthcare space, we can't engage in sensitive topics, or discussion(s) about products - ours or other companies' - or treatment options on this page. For this reason, we want to make sure that the discussions that take place on the timeline stay on topic and are constructive.
If your comment doesn't comply with the following basic rules, it may be delayed, or in some cases, not be published:
If your posts are product related
If your posts include profanity, defamatory, libelous, offensive, abusive, discriminatory or demeaning content (including images, videos and links);
If your posts are hateful in language targeting race/ethnicity, age, colour, creed, religion, gender, sexual preference or orientation, nationality or political beliefs
If your posts have sexually explicit or pornographic;
If your posts have references to criminal/ illegal activity;
If your posts are related to internal administrative/ policies or managerial decisions;
If your posts are disparaging, threatening, condone violence or illegal behavior;
If your posts are off-topic;
If your posts offer health or medical advice;
If your posts contain any personal information e.g. names of individuals, email address or phone number;
If your posts violate another's copyright or intellectual property;
If your posts are commercial, e.g. sells products and services, or recruit fans and followers; solicits donations
If your posts are excessively repetitive and/or disruptive to the community or are spam;
If your posts contain proprietary, confidential, sensitive, or nonpublic information;
If your posts include legal documents such as summons, notices, etc. The same should be addressed to the appropriate department;
If your posts don't follow Mypungi's posting guidelines and Terms of Use.
If your posts is in contravention of any applicable law;
Please be aware that fans who continuously and repeatedly contravene the above rules may be removed from our fan list. In this case the user would no longer be able to follow our news, comment on our posts, or send us messages.
Most Impotent For Account Safety
1.It is mandatory to provide information about all posts in the "What's Going" section to specify the topic of the post. Failure to do so will result in the post being marked as invalid.
2.Posting screenshots from other social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc., is not allowed. In such cases, posts will be marked as invalid, and the account may be suspended.
3.Share posts on MyPungi that convey a message to society. Avoid posting content that is solely based on personal preferences. If you still choose to post such content, limit it to a maximum of three posts. Posting more will result in the invalidation of your posts.
4.Repetitive or duplicate posts, including the same image multiple times, may lead to the suspension of monetization until the posts are removed.
5.Avoid leaving identical comments on multiple posts, such as "Good," "Very Good," "Nice," etc. Use different words when commenting, and vary the use of emojis when liking posts.
6.Do not post content that violates privacy, such as phone numbers, business cards, explicit or violent images, sexual content, explicit videos, religious criticism, political criticisms, personal attacks, divisive content, provocative videos, or images. Violating these rules may result in the suspension of your account and legal action.
7.Posts from others in the MyPungi feed can be shared on your timeline only after 24 hours to avoid invalidation. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in the invalidation of the post.

Our commitment to voice
The goal of our Community Standards is to create a place for expression and give people a voice. kosoftrust wants people to be able to talk openly about the issues that matter to them, whether through written comments, photos, music or other artistic mediums, even if some may disagree or find them objectionable. In some cases, we allow content – which would otherwise go against our standards – if it's newsworthy and in the public interest. We do this only after weighing the public interest value against the risk of harm, and we look to international human rights standards to make these judgments. In other cases, we may remove content that uses ambiguous or implicit language when additional context allows us to reasonably understand that the content goes against our standards.
Our commitment to expression is paramount, but we recognize that the Internet creates new and increased opportunities for abuse. For these reasons, when we limit expression, we do it in service of one or more of the following values:
Authenticity
We want to make sure that the content people see on mypungiis authentic. We believe that authenticity creates a better environment for sharing, and that's why we don't want people using mypungi to misrepresent who they are or what they're doing.
Safety
We're committed to making mypungi a safe place. We remove content that could contribute to a risk of harm to the physical security of persons. Content that threatens people has the potential to intimidate, exclude or silence others and isn't allowed on mypungi.
Privacy
We're committed to protecting personal privacy and information. Privacy gives people the freedom to be themselves, choose how and when to share on mypungi and connect more easily.
Dignity
We believe that all people are equal in dignity and rights. We expect that people will respect the dignity of others and not harass or degrade others.
Community Standards
Our Community Standards apply to everyone, all around the world and to all types of content, including AI-generated content.
Each section of our Community Standards starts with a "Policy Rationale" that sets out the aims of the policy followed by specific policy lines that outline:
Content that's not allowed; and
Content that requires additional information or context to enforce on, content that is allowed with a warning screen or content that is allowed but can only be viewed by adults aged 18 and older.
