My husband and I went to the Singapore Airlines Auckland Office with our small dog. The people there were incredible, but we had no idea how it would turn out. They responded to all of our inquiries with a smile and clear communication. The staff even inquired about our dog's name, and she remained quiet the entire time! It seemed as though friends were lending us a hand. We felt really cared for and delighted when we left.
